The Greatest Show is here!

I finally got pictures of my latest illustrations entitled “The Greatest Show”. There are four illustrations total, each is 14″x17″. I used watercolor, ink, and guache.  I am selling the originals framed and also selling prints of each. I would love to here your comments on these! Also, please let me know if you cannot see this picture on your computer, I have been having uploading problems.

merry christmas!!!

hope everyone is having a good holiday!! I am no longer sick…and finally got more than 6 hours of sleep this weekend!! The holiday party at my house was a ton of fun…including after the holiday party!!  buttt….it’s not over yet!  So my boyfriend’s mother got this adorable pug 6 months ago named Gomez. He is the CUUUUTEST dog I have ever seen! I think one day I am going to kidnap him and hide him in my room. He snorts constantly and always makes these dumb faces. For Christmas I decided to make a drawing of Gomez looking up from below me. And here are a few pictures of what the little devil looks like.

Californiaaaaaaa ooohhhkaayyyyy

I saw some commercials about that TV show the OC coming out with a season box set. It started to remind me of my trip to California last summer with 2 wacky ladies. We started in Vegas, then flew to LA and drove a week and a half up Pacific Coast Highway until we hit San Francisco. We stopped EVERYWHERE along the way, and it was the best trip I have taken to date. I kept a sketchbook diary for the entire trip, which I will soon post here, and some sketches are floating around my website.

This was a watercolor I did in Berkley of the Rose Garden. At the top of this hill there was a huge area covered in different types of roses. It was gorgeous and really relaxing. I never really had much of a love for roses, but seeing this may have changed my mind. I am an orchid lady, ha.
