Reliving old drawings
I was cleaning out my studio (aka spare room) and found a few forgotten drawings, including this one:

I had remembered the model for these drawing, and I remember that day. This drawing is over a year old. Weird that an image can bring back an entire memory of an ordinary day in your life.
On a side note, student teaching is over. Which means I will actually have time to sleep, draw, and relax. I will be picking up more on this blog again too.

Check out the local newspaper!
If you live on the North Shore of Long Island, pick up a copy of THE TIMES. Krista and I are featured on the front page for our art show at Toast!
If you cannot get the paper, here is the link to the article. Unfortunatly, the article on the web has no pictures, but I will be posting images from the show soon!

AWESOME NIGHT.
I want to thank everyone who came to the opening on Thursday. I had a blast. I was surprised how many fit into this place! The Acme Bros sounded awesome and it completely fit the mood of the show. Below are some pictures, more on the myspace. The show is up until March 5th.
f you live in the area be sure to pick up a copy of the Times Beacon Record and look for me!

2009. ready?
me? yes, terribly. i feel it’s going to be a good one, the year i mean, not today. I have no plans yet…and I honestly don’t really care.
In the next 2 weeks i will be putting myself on a drawathon, and getting much needed work done before the semester begins. im halfway done with grad school, and it feels great. I am already sick of the winter and hoping for spring to pop up sooner than later.
Below is a drawing of my buddy Jimmy, with his laptop, watching weird videos and looking at sex position websites:
