long overdue

brain-wash of color
This summer is definitely a good one. It has been spent with the boy, chillaxin, playing rollerderby, mini road trips, hanging with good buddies, and getting some much needed sleep that I lacked all year. I stopped by figure drawing class the other night and popped out a few drawings below. Markers are my new favorite friend. (Note: the skinny yellow one was touched by J. Fisher on the bottom)
I am starting a series of Alice in Wonderland panels that I have been wanting to work on for quite a while now. They are going to debut at the Lealand Eve Boutique in September. If I can get my hands on some lighting equipment before the fall, I am going to try to work on some photo ideas I have had in mind.
About once every 5 hours, I get a piece of my dog’s hair in my eye. I wanted everyone to know that, because there is one in my eye right now.

go figure.
A few figure drawings that I have drawn the past few weeks. Below are some of my favorites. I am taking a break from a painting, really because I can’t draw on wet paint. I haven’t been on here in a while, or a few days, or something like that. This Saturday is the first anniversary Genuine Artikle show. I have one new painting from the Sugar Babies series in there.
Just to let anyone know, all of the images from the My First Date series are sold. So, if you are interested, I will have prints available at a recession rate.
